3D & Cut Out Letters

Cut out letters come in many options, materials, colours and fixing arrangements. Generally, this methos favours minimal signage, where just a name or brand is being presented. The finish and appearance fall into a few categories..

Stainless Steel – flat cut, built up edges, brushed or polished, and most commonly in a silver or gold colour. These letters can also be painted to match specific branding. Stainless letters are considered to be the most upmarket solution for 3D lettering.

Halo Lighting – most 3D letters can be fitted with LED’s to add illumination around the outside edge of the letter – known as halo light.

Foam PVC lettering, usually 5 or 10mm thick and either white or painted to any colour. These letters are a good lower cost option for giving a smaller profile to the letter but still producing a pleasing dimensional quality to a sign. They can be bonded flush to walls or fascias ot have locators to the back to produce a stand off sign.

Perspex lettering – a very traditional letter solution, 5mm thick acrylic lettering produced in limited colours available from the popular stock colours, not easily matched to custom colours though. Typically using nylon or brass locators on the back to produce a stand off sign.
